Disappointing experience. Due to illness, I have driven my 2013 Camry very little; had a total of 9375 miles (less than 4000 since the last synthetic oil change). Several wee Due to illness, I have driven my 2013 Camry very little; had a total of 9375 miles (less than 4000 since the last synthetic oil change). Several weeks ago I called and explained my situation to a service adviser, who was very helpful and understanding. He suggested that as soon as I was able to drive, I should have the tires rotated and, at that time, ask the service team to check the oil for loss of viscosity. Yesterday when I took the car in to be serviced, I explained this to Chad Johnson, and after trying to convince me that oil could lose its viscosity while sitting, he did agree to check it as requested. He also agreed to consult with me before rendering further services because, as he said, the final decision would be mine. An hour later, he came to the waiting area to inform me that my car was ready. When I questioned him about why he failed to consult me, he said he had made the decision because the oil was really, really bad and definitely needed to be changed. (Like it had suddenly become some kind of emergency!) At this point, whether or not the oil change was needed is irrelevant. I think I should have been given the opportunity to make the decision as we had agreed. I feel Mr. Johnson was disrespectful and inconsiderate . Overall, based on previous experiences, I believe Heyward Allen to be a fair and honest dealership. However, as a result of one person's actions, I have lost confidence in a business that I trusted. No one regrets this more than I do. More

They really want to help the customers with their needs, not just make sales. The facilities are excellent. The Toyota products are the best I have ever owned.
