After working with several toyota dealerships i ended up at Heyward Allen Toyota. because I had a long term issue I asked for the service manager. I was brought to Glenn brewer. He spent as much time as nee at Heyward Allen Toyota. because I had a long term issue I asked for the service manager. I was brought to Glenn brewer. He spent as much time as needed to listen to my concerns... after he took my car in it was less than an hour my car was returned to me fixed.... after 2 years and 3 dealers it was fixed and on top of that. it was free.. turns out it was a simple adjustment of my roof rack... Being involved in an accident is very stressful, but everyone at the collision center made the repair of my automobile a pleasant experience! I have always been so leery of taking my car to a dealership for anything. I decided to go to Heyward Allen for an oil change and an inspection of my brakes after somewhere else had told me I needed dealership for anything. I decided to go to Heyward Allen for an oil change and an inspection of my brakes after somewhere else had told me I needed new ones. I figured I was just another number to them or they would try to make me pay for something I didn't really need, but I was wrong. When the service tech, Ashley Murray, came inside and sat down to explain I had plenty of wear left on my brakes and assured me they were in perfect working order, I felt relieved. It's great to find a dealership that cares about me, the customer, not just money in their pocket. Not to mention theoil change was completed in a reasonable amount of time even though they had quite a few customers there. I trust Heyward Allen and will continue to use them in the future. More
