Problem with blind spot monitor for years. If the technician connected my car to diagnostics it should show how many times it has not worked. Not working when I drove 45 minutes to Haywood All If the technician connected my car to diagnostics it should show how many times it has not worked. Not working when I drove 45 minutes to Haywood Allen but technician said it was working therefore they could do nothing to fix it. I drove home (45 minutes) and it stopped working before I got home. Tried to blame it on me hitting a deer recently. Not so, it worked fine after driving for two weeks before repairs were done and worked after repairs were done for a week then back to not working.this should have been repaired while still under warranty. Instead now they blame accident and age of car. While waiting over two hours for a report on the problem with BSM I walked through the showroom and looked at vehicles. I went outside and looked at the four new crowns. Not once did anyone approach me to see if I needed help or was interested in something in particular. Not happy with dealership or the person who wrote up the report. More

My service experience was exceptional as usual. I chose to wait on my vehicle since I was having an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in about an hour and I was on my way!
