Heyward Allen Toyota - Service Center

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, then the service technician stated they could not remove the lugnuts on the passengers side, I explained that they (Toyota) were the ones who rotated my tires service technician stated they could not remove the lugnuts on the passengers side, I explained that they (Toyota) were the ones who rotated my tires last service, the service manager came up with the explanation that because my truck had 160k miles, that sometimes the lugs would swell up, I called that a poor excuse. Nothing else was done, so I left a very unhappy customer. More

NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I went to this dealership 12/23/23 and asked for a transmission flush. Next thing I know I am being told that my transmission has to be replaced at a I went to this dealership 12/23/23 and asked for a transmission flush. Next thing I know I am being told that my transmission has to be replaced at a cost of around $10,000! I had a faulty Presure Control Solenoid in my tranmissioin according to the computer. I asked if I could replace the solenoid and the tech said "no it is way inside the tranmission". PROBLEM- I was lied to multiple times in this transaction. I went down the street and it turns out that my transmission was low on fluid! $30 later and I am gone with no error codes. ALSO-the top three reasons for the error code is 1. low fluid, 2, Dirty fluid (why I was there) 3. Bad solenoid (2 hour repair with $300 part). This dealership is very deceitful and can not be trusted on any level. I know this rating won't do much because they are the only Toyota dealer in the area but I would find another place to go, especially for service. At the least they are grossly negligent on all levels or just trying to take advantage like a lot of dealers do these days. More

The work done at that tire business was completely unsatisfactory. So, I took my RAV4 to Heyward Allen where the work was done correctly, and every step of the process was explained. I strongly recommend always having work done at Heyward Allen!! More
