Drove down 5hrs from Virginia to look at a Range Rover they had listed. I was a little hesitant due to "bait and switch" tactics I had dealt with from several other dealers. But Rich and the HiLine team r they had listed. I was a little hesitant due to "bait and switch" tactics I had dealt with from several other dealers. But Rich and the HiLine team reached out and kept me updated until I was able to make to the dealership around few days after the inquiry. And when I arrived the vehicle was there and in great condition! Rich was a great salesperson to sit with and Carl was prompt with the financial paperwork when closing the deal. My better half and I came all the way from Florida and because of how we were treated, the trip to North Carolina was worth it. Rich actually picked us up from the airport, 5 STAR service. They went above and beyond to make our car purchase streamlined, smooth and comfortable. We bought the car sight-unseen, and the car ended up exceeding our expectations.
