I had so much doubt but you kept movitating me to keep the faith. From the moment I walked in the door to hanging me my new keys to my C-300, you were amazing!!!! We started our journey on a Saturday but was not able to close the deal. We jumped right on it again Monday morning and still we did not closed the deal. My last conversation with JaJa on Monday after that he was going to be off on Tuesday but if something changes to give him a call. While I continued to work on things I needed to take care of. Tuesday morning came and I completed what I needed to do on my end. In the back of my mind, I knew JaJa told me Monday he will be off on Tuesday. So I decided to ride to the car lot and leave a message for him that everything was set on my end. As soon as I pull up in the parking lot JaJa calls me and I expressed to him I was outside. He then proceeded to say “Come in!” “I’m here.” My mouth dropped. I couldn’t believe he came in on his day off to make sure I was ok with everything. I am a property manager and I have a staff of 9 employees. I see customer service everyday. What JaJa did went beyond great customer service. He made sure his customer left with a smile on there face. Thank you JaJa!! More

Disappointed at first! I had my heart set on vehicle..chat with salesman online day before about the vehicle I wanted and talked to salesman couple of weeks before.... call I had my heart set on vehicle..chat with salesman online day before about the vehicle I wanted and talked to salesman couple of weeks before.... called ahead to advise I was in route advised it was a 2 1/2 drive get there the salesman was busy and he directed me to another salesman who advised me the vehicle is in inspection and not sure when it will be available. I was very disappointed in the 1st salesman..but the other Salesman was very apologetic and gave me the opportunity to test drive several other vechicles and was able to purchase a vechicle and I'm very pleased and Satisfied...Thumbs Up For Mr. Tony Byrd!!😇 More
