Let me first start by saying I myself was in the auto industry for about 20yrs. Now mind you…It’s been about 10+ years since I was last in that industry, but I do know lots has changed since then. However, one thing that hasn’t changed is how the customer should be treated during the car buying experience. Well, that being said…Wayne sure did prove that when working with my wife and I. We had been looking in the market for about a week or so prior to our visit at Hi-Line Garage. Unfortunately, there are still too many dealerships out there that truly don’t have a clue on customer satisfaction, and making the customer comfortable during the process of such a purchase. Wayne on the other hand, really made my wife and I feel very comfortable during our visit, and made sure not to pressure us in any way. He was always listening to my wife as she explained about all her wants and needs, and made sure to take the time and explain the vehicle in its entirety. Once we knew that your 2013 Lexus ES 350, was the right vehicle for us, we contacted Wayne and he made sure to have the documents and vehicle waiting for us once we returned back to the dealership. As I mentioned earlier, I have been in the industry before, and have been in different sales and management positions for close to 30 years. I have also learned that the customer is your biggest asset in your success, and customer satisfaction is always put first before the sale itself. Our experience with Wayne has definitely proven this! I will make sure to recommend Hi-Line Garage and Wayne to any friends or relatives that are ever in the market for a vehicle and wanting a comfortable buying experience! More
