I wanted to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday with the car she has been "dreaming" about. Like the no haggle pricing. Believe I got a good deal from a price perspective vs. a dealership. Sales tactics were not "honorable" 1. Tried the whole payment pricing...ie. your payment will be XXX from a price perspective vs. a dealership. Sales tactics were not "honorable" 1. Tried the whole payment pricing...ie. your payment will be XXX, sign here if that's O.K.. 2. I was given a dealer's vehicle inspection which showed everything up to date and no issues. Withing 1-2 weeks we experienced brake juddering in our steering wheel. I asked the dealer for the inspection's that were conducted for Hi-Line garage, and it clearly had a reccommendation for the rotors and pads to be replaced. Hi-Line has not acknowledged any of this, although it's clearly documented. More

That being said, ALL my worries were put to rest. Nick and his staff were amazing. Never pushy, never dismissive of my questions and ALWAYS helpful and attentive. The no haggle process was great. They took care of EVERYTHING as I was an out of town buyer. When my car arrived, I took it directly to INFINITI, as any smart car buyer would and take their car to their respective dealership. INFINITI of Mobile said that this car had one of the BEST pre-delivery maintenance jobs they had seen. There were no hidden problems, nothing needed to be done. Just normal mileage maintenance that Infiniti suggests. The car was exactly what they promised. I Highly recommend using this dealership. They will work with you in every way they can.
