He was very courteous and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like he was trying to just sell me a car but actually wanted to help me figure out what the best car was for me and what was the best way for me to go about getting that car. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to afford yet the car that made the most sense to me but when I can I will definitely come back to this location and work Greg again! Would definitely recommend to my friends to come to this location and specially ask to work with Greg! More

Rachel McVearry is an AWESOME Salesperson I went to Hi-Lo auto sales with the intention of shopping around for a new vehicle for my family. Upon entering the dealership, I was pleasantly gree I went to Hi-Lo auto sales with the intention of shopping around for a new vehicle for my family. Upon entering the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Rachel. Not only was she extremely pleasant and welcoming, but she was interested in my story as to why I was looking for a new vehicle. I knew then that I wouldn't be treated like any other customer. She treated me like I was a close friend. I explained to her that I have four children, so I would need a vehicle to accommodate at least 6 people. Rachel then went through all the vehicles on the lot which would fit my requests. After test driving the vehicles at the lot, she went above and beyond and helped me look at the inventory at their other location. Once I found a vehicle I would be interested in, we went to the other location to test drive the other vehicle. Along the way, she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The fact that she went above and beyond to find me a vehicle at one of their two locations made me feel like I was more than just another sale to her. Throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle, she was involved in every process along the way. Not only did I buy the first vehicle, my fiancee and I went back to buy another vehicle from her. The next time we saw each other, over five months later, she still remembered me by name! And sales people tend to never remember names! She made me feel at home all over again when I came back. She remembered details of my back story that I never expected her to remember, but she did. Her pleasant demeanor was just as gracious and helpful as the first time I purchased an SUV from her. Working with Rachel made buying a car a FUN experience, rather than a hassle. I would highly recommend that others use Rachel when looking to purchase a vehicle. She will make you feel welcomed and is highly personable. Words cannot describe how much of a pleasant sales woman she is! She puts customers first! More
