Long story short : bought my dream car WRX 2019 with only 9 k miles in another dealer (autonation) I don’t say never never but…don’t think buy any other car in any autonation any more. Unsatisfied dealing with the dealership and wait 3 months to have my car back… When I picked up my car was very dirty and many other things and details that makes us not satisfied. I decided to visit Hicks Family Subaru cause I need to check after the engine was installed and other small thing like do the alignment. I felt in the correct place from the first second and I really wanna say thanks thanks thanks to all the service team in special to Clint Gonzales who was very patience and supporting all my doubts with care and time enough. This is the different between a good service and catch a loyal customer than other dealership or brands don’t take care… The tech who did the alignment was excellent and did a really good job repeating 3 times all the adjustments. Clinton made my day today. I brought n my Subaru Outback for AC service. The Ac didn't cool properly in the afternoon. I was expecting a few hours waiting time and a bill.
