Ron introduced us to Thomas Dunlap in Finance and I immediately felt right at home with him. Hilbish (and Thomas and Ron) treat you like a person and not a dollar sign. I was appreciateive that they were aware of my situation and worked tirelessly to make sure I got a great deal, a great car, and secured my financing. I can't think of anyone that enjoys the car shopping experience, and I was one of many people that dreaded it. Once I got to Hilbish and met Thomas and Ron I stopped dreading the process. They were not pushy at all and were respectful of my needs and wants in a new vehicle. I have been to some dealerships where you tell the salesperson/finance person what you are looking for and they nod their heads affirmatively and then bring you out a car that is completely out of your stated needs and budget. Hilbish is not guilty of that! There is a reason that dealership has been serving customers for decades, you just don't find real people and real service like that every day. I bought my lincoln navigator over 7 years ago and the first one was a lemon. With the unbelievable help of Tommy (the service manager) - Lincoln bought it back and gave me a new one. Ever since Tommy h first one was a lemon. With the unbelievable help of Tommy (the service manager) - Lincoln bought it back and gave me a new one. Ever since Tommy has serviced this vehicle and every single time I bring it into the service dept. he treats it as if it is a brand new vehicle. Needless to say, because of Tommy, we also own a 2008 mustang and it too gets great service everytime it goes to the service dept. Tommy has always been so very helpful in giving us the best price possible and takes his job above and beyond just his title. I would recommend this service department to everyone!! More
