They tried to make me pay for a part that was wrong on the car that they put on. Took way too long to get a part and then wouldn't give any kind of compromise on it because I no longer had the car. Great experience and people. Stopped by to look at a used Expedition Limited, and ended up taking it home. The experience was as smooth as could be. They made an offer on my trade Stopped by to look at a used Expedition Limited, and ended up taking it home. The experience was as smooth as could be. They made an offer on my trade I countered and we came to an agreement. All negotiations were handled by Charlie. No shuffling in and out to the sales manger, or finance people. Everybody we dealt with were awesome. Paperwork took a little longer than expected, but it is what it is. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. More

No payments, financing, we asked a price & went & got the money no questions asked. Got a 30-day tag for the car & were told the permanent would get sent to the dealer & we would be called for pickup. Three days before our 30-day expires, still no permanent tag, so we call our lousy salesman, not able to get in touch with him because apparently Hilbish offers ten breaks a day, and we get told that someone has already came to pick up our tag... Not us. Now we have no permanent tag, an expired 30-day, & no one is doing anything to help us. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

He was understanding when I wasn't quite ready to make a decision and gave me space to decide. I really appreciate Andy's sales approach, very refreshing after leaving a Toyota dealership very frustrated the day prior. The entire Hilbish team made my experience worth the trip to Kannapolis. Thank You! More
Took in for a minor repair came out with a major repair I took my car in for a repair at this dealership and came out with a $1700 repair. This dealership is untrustworthy and lack of responsibility. The G I took my car in for a repair at this dealership and came out with a $1700 repair. This dealership is untrustworthy and lack of responsibility. The General Manger was arrogant and took no responsibility for the issue that they caused. DO NOT trust this dealer for anything. In fact, having to fix my car through comprehensive insurance, I'm getting the local news station involved. They never answered any emails or BBB even though they knew if they were with the BBB they would have a "NO STAR" rating. More

Normally I wait for the Customer Satisfaction Survey I receive over email to respond. My Ford 2010 F-150 Super-cab has been serviced at Hilbish since I purchased it via another dealership four years a go. It would probably endure seeing the dealership ever so often, but I chanced upon a curb unseen at the Charlotte Airport. A long distance weekend trip to SC ensured that I noticed the truck seemed to have a problem. Upon returning a trip to Hilbish and Terri Barricell greeted me, took care of my truck and after a short wait, I was assured of everything having been checked out, and ready to go. Terri was both very professional and friendly. Like having your own personal service adviser. Thanks Hilbish, Willis Gray More
I brought my Focus ST in to have a TSB performed for new motor mounts as I was experiencing a problem that was well documented online by other owners. I contacted Hilbish (who was not the dealership I purc motor mounts as I was experiencing a problem that was well documented online by other owners. I contacted Hilbish (who was not the dealership I purchased the vehicle from) to explain my concern. Terri had me bring the car in at my convenience with no appointment so they could verify it had the parts that needed to be replaced. Hilbish had my car in the air for just a few minutes, just long enough to look at the parts on it. With in a minute or so Terri got me out of the waiting room and said she ordered the parts and would be in touch when they arrived to set up a time to have the work done. Fast forward two weeks and two major holidays, I spoke with Terri again and was told the parts were in and asked what day could I bring it in for work. They preferred to do the work on a weekday, to which I said I would have to have a loaner to get to work, and was told it wouldn't be a problem at all. I dropped the car off this morning, was set up with a loaner from Enterprise on behalf of Hilbish, and was on my way to work within about 30 minutes. When I dropped the car off I asked Terri to have a tire balance and rotation done as I was noticing some wheel vibration, and it was approaching time for one. Later on that day I got a call from Terri that the car was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived, she explained to me that in addition to the motor mounts being replaced (per TSB), she had the tire rotation and balance taken care of under warranty as well. Further more, they noticed the tires beginning to feather a little bit and performed a 4-wheel alignment, again under warranty! I'm very leery about who I let work on my vehicles (especially from bad experiences with other vehicles in the family from other dealerships), but I noticed Hilbish had significantly higher reviews than other Ford dealers within reasonable distance, and now I see why. Thank you Terri, and Hilbish, for your outstanding customer service and prompt work on my car. You've earned a new customer! More
The price of my 2004 Dodge 1500 was $5,000 higher than NADA / Kelly Blue Book value. Major mechanical problems were discovered the day after sale. Also, the top of the cab needs repair and the bumper need NADA / Kelly Blue Book value. Major mechanical problems were discovered the day after sale. Also, the top of the cab needs repair and the bumper needs to be replaced. The vehicle has been wrecked per Car Max appraisal. I bought the truck for $ 12,899, the appraised value 30 days after purchase = $ 3,000. I feel like I purchased from "Slim Shady's" Used Auto Sales. The dealership did not handle this transaction ethically. I should have done my research prior to purchase, but I trusted the dealership. I was told the truck got 18 mpg, it gets 13 - 15. I drive 25,000 miles per year so this is significant. My fuel cost is 28 % higher than what was represented by the Salesman ( Slim Shady ). I know that I have no recourse. I am screwed. More
This dealership has cars listed on Craigslist with a message 'Call dealership for pricing". So we did. The price we were quoted was $2000 less than the actual price. And the actual price was more tha message 'Call dealership for pricing". So we did. The price we were quoted was $2000 less than the actual price. And the actual price was more than twice what the Kelley blue book value said we should "expect to pay a dealer" for the car in question. Their only response when questioned about this was "we made a mistake". Sounds more like bait and switch to me. So shop here at your own risk. More
