Wonderful Buying experinece I am a car buying fanatic. There, I said it and I stand by it. I have purchased more than forty cars and trucks in my life time. Included has been just about any brand you can think of. Some of my experiences were just okay and some were outstanding. One of the better ones, was the purchase of a new 2016 Volkswagen Golf R from HIley VW in Huntsville, AL. My salesman, Samuel Thomas was superb. Since this was a special order (only one sold in Huntsville) it took several weeks to locate the car and have it directed to the dealership. Samuel was very good about keeping me informed throughout the process. I knew when the car was identified. It was actually on board ship coming from Germany. I knew when it arrived at the dealership and was kept informed right up to "delivery". There were no surprises and I was totally pleased with the support from the dealer staff. Samuel, did more than just take the order and deliver the car. He truly cared about my needs as a customer. I would recommend him to any one in the market for a new Volkswagen. Ray More

Why I buy Audi 2015 VS Acura MDX 2016 Loaded ,when they have similar price range,and he able to sold me the car. Great guy .This place is not great for trade in car, I was asking him to trade with Toyota sienna 2011 with 90000 mile one owner car,all major service done,They offer me 8000 ,I feel like If I can ask my 10 year old they can do better than this,finally I am able to sold in 15 K. More
