Fantastic Experience working with Mike at Hiley Audi We had been looking online and planning to travel to find the exact car we wanted, a 2012 Audi Q5 3.2L in the Certified Preowned Program. I had spoken to Mike last fall when we were first getting started then came back to see a Q5 that just arrived in the inventory. After test driving it they loaned it to me for a couple of hours to allow my wife to drive it as well. Mike is very knowledgeable about the Audi line of cars and provided some great insights into features and pricing. We got the deal done very quickly for a very fair price. The car was immaculate when we picked it up as it had been detailed and Mike even topped off the fuel tank. He paired up our phones with bluetooth after showing us the MMI system and really took the time to provide a first class service. I would buy a car from Mike and Hiley again anytime! He is friendly and very professional, the entire experience was very enjoyeable. I am looking forward to bringing the car in for servicing at the new location this summer. More
