I went to back to Hiley after purchasing my Mazda CX-5 a few months back because I just ran over an object on the interstate. I felt like this was one of the most efficient visits I'd ever been to while having a vehicle repaired/accessed. It didn't take long and everything was handled, e.g. part ordered and they will call me when part is in this week. The whole experience was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. That was the BMW dealer, the Mercedes dealer rep never returned our calls. Working for NATO, I was chauffeured in an Audi every day for three years I learned about the comfort and ride of the Audi. The reliability and of course i was riding. I never had a car break down, and was extremely impressed with the leg room. I suggested she look at an Audi. She drove out with a model A8L and brought it home. I liked it right away had no trouble getting in and out and loved the ride and the way it drove. Through the efforts of Louis Long, we closed a contract for sale that day. He went the extra mile and made it happen.
