I’ve had a pleasant experience with this dealership since purchasing a vehicle in 2021. The sales experience was exceptional. Over the past few years, the service experience has been exceptional. I had my ve purchasing a vehicle in 2021. The sales experience was exceptional. Over the past few years, the service experience has been exceptional. I had my vehicle service over a week ago. I don’t drive the vehicle very often so I only get serviced once a year. I noticed that whenever I started the car, valet parking had been activated would appear. I’ll admit I had no clue what that is? The morning I’m on my way to the airport at 3:30am, I can’t open my trunk. That’s never happened and of course frustrating. Once I arrive to my destination, I google valet parking. Whoever serviced my car decided it was a good idea to activate this with no reason, no reason to be in my glove compartment, and also locked it! I called the service manager a couple of times to discuss and was placed on a long hold both times. I feel this needs to be noted so it doesn’t happen again. I wanted to speak with the service manager instead of posting here. Please tell your technicians if their going to check to see if it’s working, ensure they deactivate it before returning to the customer. Thanks! More

Service Dept. is dishonest and will try to charge for unnecessary repairs. My wife brought our VW Jetta there with a slow oil drip thought to be a bad gasket on is dishonest and will try to charge for unnecessary repairs. My wife brought our VW Jetta there with a slow oil drip thought to be a bad gasket on the oil pan plug since Jiffy Lube had recently done an oil change. Should have been very quick & inexpensive fix. My wife received a call the next day saying that the Turbo Air Intake pipe was wore out & needed to be replaced at a cost of $550. Part is $250 & 2 hours of labor. I looked up the part & their price was correct. However, I had a hard time understanding how an air intake would leak oil. I went down there & asked to look at my engine. I found NO oil leakage anywhere around the intake pipe, which is right on top of the engine in plain sight. Also, the part is made of aircraft aluminum and not worn out. Also, there are no moving parts nor anything that could rub or abrade a hole in the pipe. I looked under the car and saw where the oil had dripped from the opposite side of the engine. I then asked for my keys, left the dealership, and will NEVER go back. More

No one at this dealership knows how to repair Apple Carplay I purchased a 2016 VW Beetle with Apple CardPlay and three months after the purchase, Apple CardPlay loops with an error message and dinging noise. This happens whether Bluetooth is enabled or not. I've gone back to the service department 8 times and they still don't know how to fix the software bug. I've had to involve the BBB and the Attorney General. Each person that I've worked with in the service department has saw the error message looping, I've even took a movie of it. The service manager lead me to believe that he was going to replace the whole infotainment system but he did not, two days later the error reoccurred again. I know he didn't replace the infotainment system because I had the same radio presets when I picked up the car. More

Audi of Huntsville rose to the challenge I had just purchased a CPO Audi A6 Avant from an authorized Audi dealership in another city, and enroute to my intermediate destination, Huntsville Al I had just purchased a CPO Audi A6 Avant from an authorized Audi dealership in another city, and enroute to my intermediate destination, Huntsville Alabama, I became aware of some serious shortcomings with the car, issues that I felt would jeopardize my trip to my final destination, San Antonio Texas. Rather than returning to the dealership from whom I purchased the car, I elected to drive it, unannounced, to Audi of Huntsville to address these issues. This is not a large dealership, and they had no spare slots on their schedule to attend to my car. But their size is belied by the professionalism and concern exhibited by the service advisor who greeted me. Jeff McElwain recognized my frustration and sense of urgency and, coordinating with the other Audi dealership, immediately set to making matters right. Moreover, he managed to find a complimentary Audi loaner for me to drive overnight while they attended to my vehicle at absolutely no cost to me. The following day, with all issues corrected and a clean bill of health, I departed the dealership with the confidence that the remainder of my trip would be uneventful and pleasant, and so it was. My interaction with Jeff reaffirmed my loyalty to the Audi brand, and if he is a reflection of the professionalism and customer service orientation of the entire dealership, I would have no hesitation at all to put my Audi in their care at any time, nor would I hesitate to make a purchase from them. This dealership will treat the customer right. More
