I went to back to Hiley after purchasing my Mazda CX-5 a few months back because I just ran over an object on the interstate. This object caused the mud guard inner fender on the passenger front to crack a few months back because I just ran over an object on the interstate. Earl met me at the door and took my car immediately into the Service Dept and Shane had it assessed by a service man for repairs and to get an estimate. I felt like this was one of the most efficient visits I'd ever been to while having a vehicle repaired/accessed. It didn't take long and everything was handled, e.g. part ordered and they will call me when part is in this week. The whole experience was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Earl is a wonderful rep for Sales and Shane did a great job in the Service Dept. Thanks to all! I would highly recommend Hiley just because of them...but also the products are fantastic! More

Blake was my saleperson and he lesson to my issues and help me pick out another vehicle (PASSAT 2012) that I would be happy with at a lower monthly cost. Having just moved to the Huntsville area in Feb 2011 with a vehicle under VW's maintenance warranty, I was in search of a VW dealer with good Service Reviews. While most have excellent Sales Reviews, nearly a vehicle under VW's maintenance warranty, I was in search of a VW dealer with good Service Reviews. While most have excellent Sales Reviews, nearly all dealers in a 150 mile radius had marginal Service Reviews. When service and warranty issues came up since I arrived, I gave Hiley Audi/VW a chance. My first visit was for a 30K mile service. Since all of the VW service consultants were busy, Jeff McElwain, an Audi Service consultant, came up to assist me schedule the service appointment immediately upon my arrival. I was surprised by the promptness of speaking with someone and he was able to schedule me for the very next day. Ronnie Austin became my Service Consultant during subsequent visits and he is as customer service oriented as Jeff and the other people whom I met working at the dealership. The 30K Service was done without problems as were my visits regarding warranty issues. The only problems that I had were when a faulty emmissions sensor was not properly diagnosed on my first visit with an Engine Malfunction Light lit up and their vehicle clean-up effort after each visit. What they consider a clean car, interior or exterior, was not the same as mine - did not vacuum the carpet well when I asked and water throughout the car after washing. You should also do a visual check of the area where work was done to make sure that everything was reassembled properly. It seems that everyone rushes to get to the next job - it is not different here in spite of their best efforts. Hopefully, if more customers hold technicians accountable, they'll spend that extra five minutes to reassemble and clean-up properly. Each visit is followed-up with a Customer Service Survey which is very important to the dealer and VW. Overall, they are trying to meet or exceed VW's commitment to be the #1 Dealer. To help you get the best service possible, you should try to tell them as much as possible about what issues come up with your vehicle, especially with electronic problems. Ask a lot of questions and give them an idea of any additional issues they can help you with while your car is there. The dealer provides a nice waiting area with complimewntary cofffe/tea, TV, desktop PCs and Internet access. I highly recommend Hiley Audi/VW More

Words cannot express the frustration I have had with the Service department for my Audi. Wrong parts ordered, work not done but charged for - when refund requested, said I would have to "store credit" and Service department for my Audi. A road test was supposed to be included in my 60K check up ($300+) - the mileage was exactly the same as when I brought it in when I picked up the car. I have started to stop people I see who drive Audi's around town and ask them - all of them roll their eyes and tell me very similar stories. Two different people with A4's say they want to sell the "d@n# car" because of the Huntsville Service Department. I have taken mine to Nashville (2 hour drive) for routine service with a wonderful experience. They claim they have many Huntsville customers - and I can see why. More
Recently I had my VW Passat in for an unscheduled service (102,500 miles). The service department found the problem (cam seals leaking) and fixed it. Went in for an oil change and they stripped out the threads on the oil plug. Cost me $611 dollars to get it back the way it was before I went in. I can understand that it happens so I asked for a discount, split the problem 2 ways. They wouldn't even discuss it. The service rep was rude and definitely not customer focused. His name was Ronnie. This was not my first time to get service work at the HILEY VW dealership (formerly Jeff SIKES). It will definitely be my last. I recommend that NO ONE EVER use this dealership. I am amazed that they are still in business. I guess that's what no competition gets you... More
They have worked on my Audi three times since I've owned it. Ronnie and Jeff are always friendly and helpful. My questions are answered promptly. We own a 2002 A6. We love the car, but have had nothing but problems from the service department. At least half the time, no one answers the phone during reglular business hours, so you have to leave a mes but problems from the service department. Each time, it took 3-4 days to get the part and another day for the repair. Service dept is consistently condescending to my wife, as if she doesn't know what she is talking about and this is the car she drives 75% of the time. We will never buy another vehicle from this dealership due to the service departent. More
