I don’t usually leave reviews, but after everything I’ve experienced, I feel obligated to share this so others can make an informed decision. 🚗 Purchase & Expectations I purchased a Certified Pre-Own experienced, I feel obligated to share this so others can make an informed decision. 🚗 Purchase & Expectations I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe from Hiley Hyundai on August 15, 2025. Like most buyers, I trusted the CPO process, especially the multi-point inspection that’s supposed to ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition. ⚠️ Issues Shortly After Purchase Within six months of ownership and under 8,500 miles, my check engine light came on and the vehicle presented multiple engine-related issues (9 codes total). This is not something you expect from a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that supposedly passed inspection. 🔧 Repairs & Corporate Response I followed proper procedure and took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership for diagnosis and repair. After weeks of back and forth with Hyundai Corporate: One repair was covered at 100% One repair was only covered at 65% Another repair was not covered at all This left me responsible for hundreds + tax out of pocket, for issues I did not cause. Even though I have a warranty that is supposed to cover all of these issues. 🏢 Dealership Response (Hiley Hyundai) Because this vehicle was sold to me as CPO, I reached out to Hiley Hyundai for assistance. The General Manager initially responded and said he would look into it. I provided a full breakdown of costs and timeline I clarified that the issue began before the 6-month mark After that, communication stalled, and I was ultimately told the dealership would not assist in any way. 💸 The Reality At this point: I’ve made multiple car payments I’ve maintained full insurance I’ve been without my vehicle for months while it sits in a shop And I’m still expected to pay for repairs on a CPO vehicle shortly after purchase ❌ The Biggest Issue: Lack of Accountability The most disappointing part is not just the repair itself, it’s the lack of ownership. A dealership that sells Certified Pre-Owned vehicles should stand behind what they sell, especially when issues arise this quickly. Instead, I’ve been passed between corporate and the dealership with no real resolution. 📄 Next Steps Because Hiley Hyundai has refused to assist, I am now proceeding with a BBB Auto Line complaint and formal dispute process. I made every effort to resolve this privately and professionally before taking this step. ⚠️ Advice to Future Buyers If you are considering purchasing from Hiley Hyundai: Do not rely solely on the “Certified” label Get everything documented clearly Be prepared to advocate for yourself if issues arise Final Thoughts I truly wanted to resolve this without going public, but after weeks of delays, lack of follow-up, and refusal to help, I felt this was necessary. I hope this review helps someone avoid the situation I’ve had to go through. No one deserves this treatment and lack of care. More

I shopped around for a Hyundai Tuscon for a while, and then finally came to Hiley Hyundai. Aundrea "Bre" Jackson was my salesperson, and she was a breath of fresh air after dealing with pushing, somewhat then finally came to Hiley Hyundai. She could not have been nicer, and was just a joy to work with. Chris Motley was the manager, and he also was the best!!! He got me a great deal on my trade in, beyond what I ever expected to get!
