Not a good experience whatsoever! My daughter was in the market for a small SUV and I saw that Hiley Mazda Fort Worth was advertising a 2025 CX-30 on their website for $5760 off msrp. I thought it was a pretty good deal so I contacted Dustin Gatten. After several days (& texts) my daughter decided she was interested in purchasing. I went to the dealership on her behalf knowing what the payments SHOULD be with the size of the down payment and the advertised price. That's when the scamming started. Gatten brings out an itemized list with approx. $2900 in "package" add-ons. I told him she was not going to pay above the advertised price of $25,800. He took the $900 off but refused to remove the $2000 pkg. Here is how their scam works: They show $5760 off a sticker price of $31,560 to get people in the door and then add in a $1995 non-negotiable "package" which put the actual sale price at $27,795 +TTL. False advertising and completely dishonest! What really got me was the time I wasted while they "pretended" to be working a deal knowing all along, they weren't going to remove that $1995. They seem to love the back-and-forth game. While I can't say positively, I strongly suspect that they are running this same scam at other Hiley dealerships. Be leery of Hiley dealers! More

I would give it zero stars if it let me. I bought a new 2025 CX5. It had several problems with the safety systems. Long story short, I got terminated from Hiley Mazda, because I gave an honest review on the Mazda survey. Beware, you may be next! Samatha in sales was very good, she knows the product. Chris the service advisor went out of his way to help me. The problem came with the service technician, seems like they didn’t want to bother. Management is extremely poor, cannot tell the truth, just wants to throw you out if you don’t give a perfect survey. Beware if you are thinking about buying! More
