It was full hands on deck to get me in a new Subaru and the guys all pulled through! Gary, Charlie, Aaron Bailey, Nathan and Clinton made me feel right at home. I was disappointed to learn that your service department will not sell and install a regular battery for my 2021 Subaru Ascent. I was told that they could, however, sell me a $435 battery which is bigger fo will not sell and install a regular battery for my 2021 Subaru Ascent. I was told that they could, however, sell me a $435 battery which is bigger for the start/stop feature. When I explained that my vehicle does not have this feature, they told me they could not sell me a regular battery even though my current battery tested bad on the inspection. I hope this 78 year-old widow does not get stranded on the road with a dead battery. I am not happy. More
