If you want your credit to be run before you even get a chance to look at the truck you came to see then these are the scammers for you. We asked Alyssa specifically to see the truck before we filled out t chance to look at the truck you came to see then these are the scammers for you. We asked Alyssa specifically to see the truck before we filled out the financing application and she said no one run it before we said it was ok. She walked away with the papers and next thing I know I get a notification that my credit has been run. I mention this when she gets back and she is a deer in the headlights like she had no idea we would be able to tell when it was run. We go ahead and look at the truck and it is completely rusted out underneath so we don’t go ahead with the purchase. I ask to speak to the guy in charge of the financing and he comes out with the excuse of a miscommunication. Apparently saying “I do not want to have my credit run till we decide we want to purchase the truck” is not clear enough for people that want to trap you with putting a hard inquiry on their record that can’t handle it taking any sort of hit. We will be ok but you or the next person might not be able to take that hit. More

I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They had my sister put $500 down to hold a car (with no written agreement 🤔, when she told them she would get it that weekend, they never mentioned it wo had my sister put $500 down to hold a car (with no written agreement 🤔, when she told them she would get it that weekend, they never mentioned it wouldn’t be ready that weekend. After she bought a flight down there, they told her it wouldn’t be ready that weekend and they didn’t know when it would be ready. The salesman, Arvin, rarely communicated what was going on and acted annoyed when she would ask what the status was. After a couple of weeks, she finally gave up and bought a different car. She attempted multiple times to reach not only the salesman but also management to get her $500 back, and none would return her calls. I was appalled at the complete lack of customer service during the entire process. Definitely beware of their shady tactics and awful communication and if you do decide to do business with these guys anyway, don’t trust what they say and pray you don’t have any issues because they will completely ghost you when you try and resolve. Don't put a deposit on a car here, they will cancel it without warning or contacting you. On September 30 I signed a price agreement for a Crosstrek, had the manager sign it, then placed a $500 depos without warning or contacting you. On September 30 I signed a price agreement for a Crosstrek, had the manager sign it, then placed a $500 deposit to hold the car until it was supposed to arrive on October 3. On October 5th, I inquired about whether or not the Crosstrek I had put the deposit on was ready for pickup and was informed that the delivery was delayed until October 21. I told James that that 21st was the latest I would be willing to wait for the car to be delivered. On October 21, I inquired about when the Crosstrek I had paid the deposit on would be ready for pickup. It was only after I contacted Subaru that James told me that the deposit I had paid was being refunded to me because the car was no longer available. James claimed that I had not clearly expressed that I was willing to wait for the later arrival date of the 21st, despite me clearly telling him in writing that the 21st was the latest I would wait. James then claimed the Crosstrek that I had put a $500 deposit on wasn't actually available at the time of the deposit. When I asked why I was allowed to put a deposit on a vehicle that wasn't available, James avoided answering the question and instead claimed that I never responded to his inquiry on October 11th and confirming everything was in order. The only communication I received from James on October 11 was, "Is that going to work for you?" That's it. The most recent prior conversations with James had been on October 7th when I had inquired about warranty information for the Crosstrek. Furthermore, James had already informed me on October 5th that the last day to get a refund on my deposit was that day, October 5th. So somehow between the 7th and 21st James decided that I was no longer interested without actually talking to me and cancelled the deposit on the Crosstrek, again without contacting me. More
