I was disappointed to learn that your service department will not sell and install a regular battery for my 2021 Subaru Ascent. When I explained that my vehicle does not have this feature, they told me they could not sell me a regular battery even though my current battery tested bad on the inspection. I hope this 78 year-old widow does not get stranded on the road with a dead battery. I am not happy. More

Both Brian and Service Advisor Whitney Gifford went above and beyond to assist me. From the very start, they took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like a valued Subaru owner. The level of customer service I received exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair, including sending a video walk-around of my car with an explanation of the repairs. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The dealership itself is brand new, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with spaces to unwind or even get some work done while waiting. It’s clear they value their customers' time and comfort.
