We purchased our Subaru from Hiley on August 28 and were pleased with the sales team. Unfortunately, our new car was damaged the next day, and repairs through Frank Kent, Hiley Subaru’s certified body shop, pleased with the sales team. Unfortunately, our new car was damaged the next day, and repairs through Frank Kent, Hiley Subaru’s certified body shop, have been slow with little communication. We dropped the car off on September 2, and as of September 29, the minor damage still isn’t fixed. We hope management will follow up to help resolve this situation. More
