Right from the get-go, Bruce was super-helpful in explaining the Encore's features and performance. We took a nice test drive and came back a week or so later to purchase the car, after an email exchange with Bruce regarding the value of our trade-in. The dealership also was able to secure the color combination we requested from another dealer in NJ. Our pick-up of the car was delayed purely due to Mother Nature and one of her Nor'easters. Bruce made sure to keep us informed with the status of the dealership's loss of power and our delayed delivery. Once the storm had cleared and the dealership's power was restored, I was able to pick up my beautiful new Encore. After driving it a day or two I had questions on the audio system. I set up a time with the dealership and Steve (not sure of his last name) answered all my questions. Also mostly due to the winter storm, the install of the car's remote start was delayed and the dealership loaned me a car for a day while the install was done on the premises. I would highly recommend the Buick Encore as well as the O'Reilly dealership. More
