The friend made a good case so I decided to go the extra distance. I am glad I did. My experience had always been with six cylinder cars but Bruce Casinelli convinced me that with the modern technology, the four cylinder cars had all the power I needed. Bruce directed me on a test drive that gave me the peace of mind to realize that the smaller car is all I need. Shortly after acquiring the car I had a heavy object knock the cover off my driver side view mirror. I went back to the dealership for help and Bruce took me to the service department and Bob handled my problem immediately and expertly. In and out in fifteen minutes. I had expressed my financial goal earlier to Stuart Krechmer and he made everything to work. A totally great experience and I definitely will tell my friends and relatives about O'Reilly Buick GMC. More

We test drove a bunch and Dave kept us in the loop with used cars that matched our criteria. When we were finally ready to buy, Dave Hill was unavailable, so he updated his colleague Dave Crawford. Upon arrival Dave Crawford knew exactly who we were and what we were interested in. After answering all of our questions and concerns and test driving once more, we ended up driving away in a new 2015 GMC Terrain instead of a used one. Dave clearly explained he differences between buying and leasing and helped us find the best deal within our budget. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the wonderful experience we had at O'Reilly Buick GMC. Dave made us feel comfortable, respected, and laughed with us through the entire process. Steve Wadlin showed me the utmost respect and deference, answering ALL my questions - particularly on the (for me) very new technology of the vehicle. My son also leases a Buick from O'Reilly and I've already told him about the superior service and attention I got from Steve Wadlin. I was less than happy when told my trade-in value on the Buick Lucerne was $5500, when only 5 months ago, in March 2015, I was told by Mark Robinson specifically, that my car's trade in value was $8,500! -- A $3,000 drop in value with only about 4,000 more miles after only 5 months??? I'll be more vigilant in this regard when I make my next purchase or lease. More
