Went to get a software update as part of a recall. Was told on the phone it would only take a few minutes. When I got there I was told that was wrong, and it would take an hour to an hour and a half. More

Bad experience at this dealer. Paid $400.00 for a repair that wasn’t needed. And when I went to pay the advisor told me about another repair that may fix the issue that I am having but didn’t suggest it prior to already having another service done that he knew wasn’t fixing the original issue at hand. Spent over 2 hours there with Jon one speaking to me other than receiving a text for me to acknowledge a repair. And another 2 hours for a service to be done that did not fix my issue.

Waiting room chairs are filthy. Mechanics and some supervision playing around and taking their time on getting the job done in a timely matter. Will not take competitors coupons. More
