Great experience once again. Would be a 5.0, but the tech smoked around my car with the window down and left the smell inside for a bit. Otherwise, great work. Would be a 5.0, but the tech smoked around my car with the window down and left the smell inside for a bit. Otherwise, great work. More

Dealer found more problems with my car relating to leaks that I thought were fixed in the prior week (for $5,000!), but it needed a new radiator and compressor for A/C, and a hose for power steering (anothe that I thought were fixed in the prior week (for $5,000!), but it needed a new radiator and compressor for A/C, and a hose for power steering (another $1800!) The check in guy was great, very nice. Disappointed that I wasn’t asked if I had any questions after my oil change. The waiting area is nice. I gave 3 stars because my car didn’t get worked on at my appointment time and the tech didn’t talk to me afterwards. More
Normally I am very happy with Hill Nissan service, however, this last trip was disappointing. I had tried two other times to get an issue with the clock and a sporadic computer initiation failure err however, this last trip was disappointing. I had tried two other times to get an issue with the clock and a sporadic computer initiation failure error fixed. Twice they skipped it and this last time they said it was corrupted software, and the entire radio unit needed to be replaced for $1800. When I asked why I needed to replace the hardware for a software issue, they said they couldn't get the software to load and they don't repair radios they only replace them. $1800 to have a clock fix is obscene. I expect to pay more for dealership work, but this time it felt more like a money grab than superior service. I can buy a radio with a clock and have it installed somewhere else for a tiny fraction of the cost to replace the radio at Hill so I opted not to have the work done at the dealership. More
