When we picked it u Nikki Krause · 6 minutes ago ABSOLUTELY THE WORST - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! I leased a 2016 Edge on November 28. When we picked it up it was dark and rainy. My husband asked to have the vehicle pulled into the service department so that we could look at it. We were told no because the service dept was still open, but not to worry the car was in perfect shape. Turns out - the service department closed about 10 minutes after we got there - there was no reason why someone couldn't pull the car in. When I saw the car in daylight the next day, there was a scratch in the door. I followed up immediately with my sales person to receive nothing but the run around for several weeks. It all became my responsibility to figure out. Then once they were able to get the car in to fix, I got a loaner car that was delivered with low tire pressure - and not even close to what I lease. On top of that, I got lied to about when I'd get my vehicle back - screwing up a yearly tradition that I have with my son. Just avoid them - no one takes ownership of anything they're doing - there is no accountability, and no one will make any strides to fix their issues. More
