I initially worked with a salesman who was not very friendly and did not provide any sort of customer service. I came into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and he did nothing t friendly and did not provide any sort of customer service. I went back to the dealership later that week and spoke with Pam Wolf. She made me feel comfortable with my purchase and helped me through every step of the process. She is the only reason that I would ever go back to this dealership. More
Buying cars has always felt like a ripoff. I did a ton of research on dealers within 100 miles of me using TrueCars.com. Got some good info but went to cars.com, autotrader and several others. I was ready to do battle, but the people at Hiller were real straight forward. Their "no haggle" price was below Blue Book for that car with that mileage. Pam Wolff was great to work with. They also gave me the best trade in offer for my car. I'd go back there and that is the FIRST time I've said that about a car dealer. More
This is the second car I have purchased from Steve Misher at Hiller Ford. My first car was a 2007 Focus and when I decided to buy a new car I could only think of one person to go and see. I called Steve to setup a time when I could come in and try out some new cars. I thought I wanted another Focus and he had me drive a Focus and a Fiesta. He took the time to show me all the options on both cars and explained everything to me. After driving both cars, I decided the Fiesta was the one for me. When I came to pickup the new car, Steve went thru everything again, to make sure i understood the new features of the car and because I had the new sync system in my car he took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked. I have only had the car a few days, and have had several people ask me where I bought it. I can't say enough about Hiller Ford and Steve. If you want a Ford, I can only say go to Hiller Ford and see Steve. More

Hillier Ford has the wrist c.s. ever. When getting the paper work ready they noted that I was married with the co signer my boyfriend and gave me his last name. When I am not married and never asked if I paper work ready they noted that I was married with the co signer my boyfriend and gave me his last name. When I test drove the car I heard a noise I was told the technician would look into it. They said they did not hear anything the car is fine. So after purchasing the car and driving it back home I heard the noise again and took it back. So after having my car for a week they said my car was ready. So after I get there and turning the car on and putting it in drive the noise is still there. I told them I was not taking the car back until the noise was gone. Another week they said the car was ready. So I went back to the dealer and the noise is still there. The owner calls me back and said the noise is normal and there is nothing they can do and they are not putting more money into the car to fix it and request the title back a.s.a.p. So this is the worst experience ever I wasted my time and money plus insurance money on the car and never really had the car because it was at the dealer for now almost three weeks. And now I have to start all over for another car. More
I purchased a vehicle from hiller ford two weeks ago and its been in service ever since. A week ago I got a call from service that it was ready upon arrival, I started the vehicle the noise was still there its been in service ever since. Three days later got a call back that it was ready, it still made the noise. I then spoke to the GM wayne he stated they were gonna take care if it. I went back today and the noise is still there. I spoke to the service manager and he states its normal noise, since when an exhaust leak normal noise. I then stated fine ill take as is but I'm gonna take it to a different shop to get it fix and wayne the GM stated no I'm not putting no more money into the vehicle and stated to give him the title and return the vehicle. How can they do this. Im so upset I don't know what to do. Horrible experience. Horrible service. And to top it off the GM Wayne tells me to erase the bad review I gave then because it makes them, look bad. I couldn't believe He had the nerve to ask me that after they don't want to fix my car. I then contacted the owner jay hiller and told him I was going to take it to another dealer for a second opinion and he refuses because he states his techs did not find nothing wrong so there is nothing wrong I can't believe the unproffesionalism of the entire company. I feel so discriminated, I feel they are not doing nothing because of the color of my skin. This has been the worse experience ever. I would be contacting the BBB tomorrow morning because is completely wrong. More

We came in to order a 2012 F150 Raptor on 01/14/2012 and Steve informed us it would be 8 to 10 weeks before the truck would be built and shipped to the dealership. At the end of February my wife and I received a call from Steve telling us our truck came in early and it was ready to be picked up at the end of February. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a car. Everyone at Hiller Ford was super friendly and we will return for future vehicle purchases. More
