We have 3 vehicles. Had to loan one to my daughter as hers has transmission issues and then we were down to 2. Worst experience ever. They had my vehicle for a month and never touched it. He made it very obvious that my vehicle wasn't just as important as any other vehicle sitting in that shop, and he had no intentions of working on it.
