I had an appt to lease a new car, lady with hair blonde to the end was not pleasant, didnt even show us a choice, printed figures with large down payment down, told her not in my budget. Then askef me the type of car I drive which had nothing to do with my visit. Had an attitude, then Carlos took over, after a while agreed on a mthly payment n left a deposit n a date was setup to pickup car. He requested I ask my Insurance agt to email insurance card which I did. Now on the day of pickup got a call from Carlos asking for a cosigner, had to sent my daughter's application via cell phone. When I arrived, there was no ppwk done, waited 3hrs, Now the scammer Nur Ali, changed my payment, said credit was no good I hv to pay more. I confined with Carlos at noon if any payment amt was changed, answered no. I was so furious, was in tears, such a ripoff by Nur Ali and when questioned the increase he said if I dont want the car its my problem. I replied thats how you speak to customers. Why wasnt I call in before, how can you request my Insurance card, I hv a copy of the agreed amt n deposit n now I hv to pay more then I was not there for a pickup, run my credit, daughter's credit without notification. Waited 3hrs that night, no.ppwk was done because the scam was setup to increase my monthly payment. I leased cars before. never experienced something like this. I proved that all the reviews are accurate online n his name was mentioned. Heartless and dishonest. I was in tears what was done to me. My payment was agreed for 299.00 and he increased it to 39.00 then when I got upset he negotiated 21.00 more. Honda should adjust my payment, I hv the original agreement and this happened yrs ago with a family member also. Increased price on day of pickup. Such a ripoff and the way they speak to you is so unprofessional. Chk the reviews on their website you wl see the same scam n his name mentioned by other customers. I am not the only one.
