He was professional, efficient, and I would definitely recommend him. However, the finance manager, Jamaine Alphonso was awful. He started out being very friendly until he tried to sell me all add ons which I thanked him for and respectfully declined. After I said no, his whole demeanor changed. He had an attitude and I felt very uncomfortable. Then he tried to charge me an extra $455 for the first month payment of my car which was included in the down payment. I told him that everything was to be included and he said no and refused to speak with the sales representative and confirm. I asked again and he continued to say no. I felt like I was being taken advantage of financially and was extremely unhappy. I was truly ready to walk away from the dealership and find another car elsewhere. However, I do love Honda and decided to speak with Jamel and thankfully he did the right thing and got this issue fixed for me. There is no reason I should feel like I’m forced to add other packages to my lease and then presented a different price than what was agreed with the sales representative. This is my third lease with Honda and by far the worse experience with finance. I hope I never have to encounter Jamaine again. More
