The sales person made the process easy. The people were friendly. What I don't like is: 1- the thought of getting into the service area for future visits, and 2- not having bought a new car since the early friendly. What I don't like is: 1- the thought of getting into the service area for future visits, and 2- not having bought a new car since the early 2000's, I would like a tutoring session (1 hr at least) on how to use all the new modern feature. The manual is less than useless. I have to basically learn by trial and error. More
