Very good customer care but took us 3 days to finally get the car. Each day there were some kinda of issues they were waiting to be resolved. But thankfully we got the car on the third day. Very expensive. Contradicting information between sales people. Charged me 2x for 2 diagnosis. I should have been told you we’re going to diagnosis 2x. ($303). It was almost impossible to get an appointment. One person, Mike, was knowledgeable. The other people I spoke to on the phone were rude and didn’t know what they were talking about. I feel like there was a lot of false advertising, and I wasn’t properly informed about the car before purchasing. I was sold items for the car that wasn’t even in stock .
