My experience at Hillside Honda was wonderful. From the moment I got to the reception I was greeted kindly and was assigned a sales personnel almost immediately. Very disappointed with hillside. I’ve been a valued customer for over 7 years and I never experienced what I have in the last year coming to you. Because my car was leased you guys m I’ve been a valued customer for over 7 years and I never experienced what I have in the last year coming to you. Because my car was leased you guys made sure to take care of my car in the past years, but the minute I purchased my car for ownership you guys want to give me a whole bunch of xxxxxxxxx. I’m not a child nor am I stupid. I know how businesses run. You lost a valued customer for being to greedy. I will only come to hillside Honda when I get recalls or when I get a mail stating Honda will change my parts for free. I will never spend my hard earned money over there again.
