Below you can read my review. I was very Thankful and grateful to the amazing staff at Hillside Honda for my leased 2019 Honda CRV. I have been part of the Honda family for over 30 years and my experience at this dealership was the least stressful and most pleasant compared to the other dealerships I worked with. Staff was very welcoming and professional. They are all about customer satisfaction. Thank you to Thomas Caravello my sales person. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He worked with me patiently explaining everything, assessing my needs and making sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the sale. His smile is contagious could brighten up any ones's day! Software update was dealt promptly Felt safer that the issue was dealt with promptly. However, when I went next day for inspection the car failed the emission test because the computer Felt safer that the issue was dealt with promptly. However, when I went next day for inspection the car failed the emission test because the computer in the car had been reset and I was not informed that it would be good to drive the car at least 50 miles before getting the inspection test. Unfortunately, it cost me $27 and I have to go back again for the inspection test. More
