Waiting area was comfortable and supplied with coffee, TV, magazines and papers.. Trying to figure out how to enter the service area is difficult. Numerous people (including me) had to leave their car on a very crowded street to come in and find out where to enter. Much larger and accurate signage would help greatly. All employees I observed were friendly and courteous. More

My only regret is I that I should've dealt with a more mature professional instead feeling as though I have to spend a lot more money to get serviced when ain have not even received the title of the car in almost 2 months.
