Rude and Unprofessional The dealership here is very unprofessional. The finance manager that I was talking to was unhelpful and lacked common knowledge in his department. I asked a question several times regarding the the interest rate on the car that I was buying, they completely blew off my question. He rushed through the entire process, and seemed that he was trying to get rid of me. Again, the service here is horrible. Don't waste your time here. More

A/C condenser on Back Order Morning, My A/C condenser is not working and in need of a replacement. My dealer informed me it was on back order, no date when part would come in. Morning, My A/C condenser is not working and in need of a replacement. My dealer informed me it was on back order, no date when part would come in. Wanted to reach out for some information and help getting a replacement condenser. Sure it nice to be cool. but I worry more about the safety issue. When raining and the window defogger is not working due to lack of A/C, that decreased visibility concerns me especially when one of my kids are driving. It's also tough to paying my monthly on the car, we should not be held financially responsible. Any help would be greatly appreciated and welcomed. We have leased 4 or 5 Honda's now and would like to continue. Thanks in advance. More
