Buying a Used Car Through research on-line I pretty much knew what car I wanted to buy though I still felt a bit anxious about going through the process of purchasing a Through research on-line I pretty much knew what car I wanted to buy though I still felt a bit anxious about going through the process of purchasing a used car. I needn't have worried. Jamie Wong's courteous and professional manner made be feel relaxed and comfortable at once. My son did the leg-work for me and had an arsenal of questions (well maybe not quite that many) and Jamie patiently answered them all. It was clear that the customer is highly valued and that gaining their trust was important. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision and Jamie was very flexible with regard completing the transaction e.g. type of down payment, financing, date and time of pick-up. I would definitely recommend Jamie to a friend. Admittedly I only have the car for less than a week - but so far, no hiccups and no regrets. More
