Unscupulos Business Tactics I sent an inquiry to Hillside Honda to find out if they repair interior leather. I was only required to fill in my name and email address. I nev I sent an inquiry to Hillside Honda to find out if they repair interior leather. I was only required to fill in my name and email address. I never received a response so 3 days later I had an online chat and was told "No" they did not repair interior. The following day, there are 3emails from Honda, telling me that this person has tried to call me multiple times, that I must have entered the wrong phone number and I was asked to please contact her because she had good news for me. How odd since I was already told they do not do interior repairs. What do I have to lose; I could at least be courteous and respond to Stephanie I was transferred 4 times before I finally hung up. I responded to the email stating that I felt this was an attempt not to address my inquiry about repair but rather a solicitation effort on the part of Hillside Honda to sell me a NEW CAR!!!! After I threatened to write reviews on various site, emails followed with apologies and explained that there were 2 Stephanie's one in service and one in sales. Really.... I looked on their employee listing under Sales and Service and only saw one person by that name. The same person who contacted me. In the apology email she even stating that they were aware that I already spoke to someone in their service department who advised me they do not do interior repairs. This is a very desperate unscrupulous way to do business.. More

Small smudge needed to be buffed out. I recently bought a CRV from your dealership. I had an excellent experience from my first phone call until I drove out with the new vehicle.
