Nur Ali lied to me and went back on our deal I had an amazing experience at Hillside Honda right up until I picked up my brand new car. When signing the deal with the finance manager we agreed he I had an amazing experience at Hillside Honda right up until I picked up my brand new car. When signing the deal with the finance manager we agreed he would include all weather matts for the entire car in the deal. When I picked up the car their were 4 mats in the car so I thought nothing of it signed the deal and went home. The next day I opened my trunk and their was no tray for the trunk. So I called the dealership and complained about this issue and the finance manager was extremely rude saying that's we agreed on too bad. So I called he dealer Jeremy who was working with me. He was very nice as he was through the whole process but was unable to go over the finance managers head in resolving this issue. This was a very low thing to do I spent 26k on a car and he skimped me on the mat. After we agreed on mats for the entire car. I was very specific to use that language. I will never go back to this dealership because they can't even be honest with their costumers. I will getting all my servicing done at a different Honda dealership. More
