Worst experience buying a car and getting it serviced We've bought few cars from this dealership and still don't know why we went back after the first crappy experience. We bought a car recently in March We've bought few cars from this dealership and still don't know why we went back after the first crappy experience. We bought a car recently in March and were told the auto start needs to be fixed so you can come back anytime. They were not at all helpful after we left from there. Everytime we called to make an appointment, either their service dept wasn't available, they couldn't fix it over the weekend and weekdays they woldn't give us loner car even though this issue can take more than 4-5 hrs. They made out appointments on days when service dept is closed making us take trip for no reason. after 9 months, it only took one technitian that knows what he's talking about to tell us, nothing is wrong with the starter, they just didn't know how to use it when they gave you the car. I will never buy a car from here. Once they sell the car, they don't care about service or anything. the sales person was so stupid and not knowledgable. He told us to give him all 10 when we bought the car. More
