Recall on my car, and they won't fix it. Theres a recall and lawsuit for my 2009 honda accord, they lied to me on the phone saying they will fix it free of charge. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment, and they didn't fix it at all,their service guy Henry peterson said the recall is vin # specific while i have the same make and model and same issues as the recall. They said they just extended my warranty for the issue and did a software update and changed my sparkplugs when i already had them changed. My honda misfires and has a leak in the combustion chamber which other people with the same vehicle has,and what they did was like putting a band aid on a gunshot wound and didn't even fix the leak. Honda isn't as reliable as you think,and they won't take care of you if there is a recall they will make some b.s up that the recall is vin #specific. The sale associate henry peterson didnt help me at all, just just trying to change the subject,he said he would call me when my car was done,and he didn't even do that, guess he wanted me to miss me picking up my car and just close,so I would have to wait till the next day to get it. Honda in genral will not take care of you. And hillside honda has the worse service when you call them and service center is slow and unprofessional and will change the subject on the issue and won't even fix your car. More
Awesome experience with Hugo We had an awesome experience with Hugo. He had gone prepared with a list of cars we wanted to check out and had called an hour earlier on a friday eve We had an awesome experience with Hugo. He had gone prepared with a list of cars we wanted to check out and had called an hour earlier on a friday evening, and a quarterly close asking the dealership if we can show up. We met Hugo when we went in and showed him the list. He took us out and pulled the cars out for us and we made a decision to go with one of the cars. We had been doing this exercise of looking for cars for long and were getting tired. Though there went any discounts made on the online price, we were happy to finish the deal, took a test drive and gave an advance. Later that night, we found out that the car we had chosen was in the lot for an extended period, and were wondering if we had rushed into it. Next morning I gave Hugo a call saying I wanted to wait and check out more cars and wanted to call off this deal. Hugo was pretty cool, he just said, totally fine, what ever makes you happy !! We went in the afternoon, took a look at another car we would have chosen otherwise, took a test drive again. Saturday afternoon was better suited for the test drive, roads being clear. He was ready to pull out the other car too, for a test drive again, without the slightest, no slack ! we loved the car. We loved his attitude even more :) We said we will come back for the pick up as soon as we were ready with our finances. Hugo wanted our addresses, insurance etc to get paper work done before we came, so we could save time. The day of the pick up, we turned up in the afternoon, the bank had some address requirements for the registration and titling requirements, which we read at only later, after the registration was done. We went in, said registration had to be changed. Hugo gave a call to the DMV, visibly the conversation wasn't too pleasant. Again no frown, no reactions, Hugo just got the details from us, made the DMV trip and came back for us, took out the vehicle, which was cleaned, shampooed and ready. No surprises, no dealership fee, last minute surprises. We got in and drove off, feeling really good about our experience. Especially with tos and fros, I think I would expect any other sales person to vent out a bit or get frustrated. Not Hugo, he was pretty chill :) I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Hugo especially to do business :) More

Very pleasant, helpful I was looking into buying Pilot EX and ended up buying Pilot EXL. Sales person Fatima and mgr. Mohamed were very helpful in going over the difference.
