I spent about a month before buying my 2013 Honda Accord researching different dealerships, comparable prices, and different places that had the car I was looking for listed online. After calling around, I found that Hillside Honda's initial customer service went out of their way to assist me in not only locating several choices and colors, but also answering all questions I had about the specific cars and connecting me to a sales rep once I was ready to move forward. I had the fortune of getting in contact with Richard, an absolute joy to work with on the purchase of my first car. I came to the lot at 6pm on a Thursday and was immediately met by a very well dressed salesman. Richard was courteous, professional and friendly. He walked me through every detail of the car, took me on a test drive, and then proceeded to help me get financing, insurance, and a couple extras all at very affordable prices, and with a smile on his face. I later found out he got off at 6 and stayed late just to help me out. I realize these guys get commission as well but Richard showed the upmost care and attention every step of the way and ended up staying until I drove off the lot at 930.. If that's not above and beyond customer service, I don't know what is. I would recommend this dealership to any friends and family and point anyone who reads this to Richard. He'll go out of his way to make sure you are happy and informed with your purchase even after you drive away! Thanks for the great experience Hillside Honda!! =) More
