Great service When I walk into the dealership I didn't know what to buy, but then came the sales representative his name was Geoff, he started showing me around and When I walk into the dealership I didn't know what to buy, but then came the sales representative his name was Geoff, he started showing me around and I told him I was really interested in a Honda Pilot so he showed me around the ones they had in the lot and explain most of my questions that I had asked him. Was in the market for a used 2013 Honda Accord EXL V6...i live in long island and walked in and out of 5 local dealers for their bait/switches, pressu Was in the market for a used 2013 Honda Accord EXL V6...i live in long island and walked in and out of 5 local dealers for their bait/switches, pressure, hidden fees and showing only 90% of the price on their websites...found my saviours on autotrader...drove out to queens ready for battle...THERE WAS NO BATTLE!...never had to open my mouth, Richard C. wrote up the bill exactly as described on their website!...No hidden fees at all...NONE!...closed the deal in an hour...though due to the memorial day crush, took us awhile to pick up the car, but understandable...these guys are the real deal...cudos to Richard C. and managers Mike R. and Tony D....and our hematite honda accord exl v6 is gorgeous and drives very upscale...what a wonderful experience...I'm 54 years old and this is the best dealership ever...thanks hillside honda and Richard C. !!! Good people I bought a used honda accord 2013 from this dealership. Every body was so friendly,helpfull and honest. Also their sales manager Michael and Choudhury were so nice they answered all my questions in very professional way . It took long time to complete the paper work cause they were swamped with work due to memorial day weekend. Today we drove few hundred miles in our car and no doubt it was so comfortable and smooth ride. I bought this car for my wife but I think I will switch my car with hers. We had first visited several other dealers and was left is in a gray field of not being clear with what features and models are available, until we had went to Hillside Honda and was serviced by Richard. He was so patient and thoroughly clear and detailed but very focused in making sure that we had an understanding of the subtle and key differences of various models, base models, of the Honda CRV and Honda Pilot. ALL my questions was answered and Richard also raised questions to us about features for which we did not even think of, but became useful in our decision making process to narrow down the scope of what we are looking for.. After viewing many Honda Pilots and CRVs, Richard did not once try to entice or sway or influence our own decision and choice making, but maintained a position of supporting us with clear and concise information and knowledge to apply to our decision and choice making. All I can say, is that this has been a wonderful experience and purchase, which honestly would not of happend without the assistance of Richard. If you want and care about receiving the best of service, then I recommend Hillside Honda, but.....make sure you ask for Richard. I plan to be back there again, not now, but one day again.. for now, thanks again Richard. P.S. We had left the dealer early, to attwnd to personal chores, so Richard had brought the purchased Suv to our home, in which we then finished signing the final papers etc. Now, that is what I call great service, all in the same day.
