VERY HAPPY! Well I must say I needed a car and I got one.A brand new one that I could afford. Darryl took the time to get to understand want I wanted and why. He even offered to take me to pick up my daughter from school when we thought the car wouldn't be ready in time. To my surprise I was out quickly despite the thought that purchasing a car would take two days. I will definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a car to drop in and visit Darryl. More

Jonathan was the worst!!!!!! I went in to exchange my lease and finance a new car. Previously when I got my honda I worked with Darryl and he was a complete pleasure, very nice an I went in to exchange my lease and finance a new car. Previously when I got my honda I worked with Darryl and he was a complete pleasure, very nice and attentive and really made us understand everything we were doing and really listened to what he wanted and what our needs were. But Jonathan he was an absolute mess!!!!!! He made us wait for hours before even talking to us, he was helping other customers while we were waiting!!! We made an appointment at 11am and didn't leave until 5pm and no one told us why!!!!!! Previously the car was under my name and my husband was the co-signer, he was only speaking to my husband the brief few minutes we spoke to him. We already knew the type of car we wanted so we were done in two minutes and for some reason just sat there waiting. When he would show up he told me to sit while he asked my husband to sign paperwork (meanwhile I'm 6 months pregnant and he knew that and didn't even offer a cup of water) He assured my husband that all the paperwork basically remained the same. I was livid by the time we left because no one spoke to us to let us know what was going on. After all that I go online to add the account and my name is completely off the car!!!!!!!!!!!! It's completely in my husbands name!!!!!!! I'm the one that owns the car and drives it and pays for it!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend going to Jonathan ever! Especially if your a woman, because apparently only men exist in his world!! I will be back to adjust the paperwork and will definitely bring this up to the manager! More

Great experience Richard was extremely patient and helpful when I bought 2 cars from Hillside Honda after finding them online. He went out of his way to get my Pilot r Richard was extremely patient and helpful when I bought 2 cars from Hillside Honda after finding them online. He went out of his way to get my Pilot ready for inspection and even filled the tank as a courtesy for the inconvenience of waiting for the car. He also drove the car to my home and took my trade in back to the dealership due to my work schedule. I was also happy with the efforts by David who got the best rate possible without pushing for add ons. More

Intermittent problem I am currently experiencing an intermittent issue with my recently purchased, Hillside Honda, Certified Pre-owned Honda. The service department was I am currently experiencing an intermittent issue with my recently purchased, Hillside Honda, Certified Pre-owned Honda. The service department was extremely courteous and polite and very understanding of my frustration. They have not been able to locate or recreate the problem, but are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I sure hope to have this problem corrected soon. I do appreciate their efforts. Lalita has followed up with me and has been a pleasure to deal with. Mo and the team have given great effort to recreate the issue (unfortunately, unsuccessfully) I am growing very frustrated that we cannot find the issue. Next step is to wait for the problem to come back and take it back in...Although they are great to deal with, I do wish this wasn't the situation. I do Highly recommend Hillside Honda to all that I speak to! Not many people can bring their vehicle in for service, not have it fixed and still give a favorable review. Great customer service! More
