Syed Shah appraoched us and greet us the moment we walked in to the dealership. He was very friendly and made us feel comfertable about purchasing. He asked questions as a good sales man would and upon answe in to the dealership. He was very friendly and made us feel comfertable about purchasing. He asked questions as a good sales man would and upon answering all of his question, he already had brought the car we wanted to buy for a test drive. After the test drive, he gave us all the necassary information about the car and the purchasing process. He really knew his responsibilities and specs about the cars. Only due to his friendliness and great attitude, we decided to buy the car even though we weren't too comfertable with the price. He tried and gave us the best price possible from the dealership. After a little discussion with the finance manager, we were ready to walk out of the dealership but he showed his professionalism to the great extent and talked to us in private and asked " If you are going to buy this car, I will try my best to get you the deal that works for you. If not, then I also have other cars you may be interested in. Are you willing to give it a try?". He was very nice through out the whole transaction and even when we were waiting for the paper work to be finished, he came every 10 minutes to check up on us, if he can be of futher assistance. All in All, it was a great expereince and I will definitly buy my next car at the Hillside Honda and also recommend to others specially to ask for Syed Shah. I would also like to point out the 4 years ago I came to buy a car at hillside honda but it didnt work out because the Sales rep didnt try at all to sale the car and help me out but this time it was a completely different experience and my personal opinion is that the credit goes to Syed Shah.
