We were originally referred to Dennison who was very helpful and referred us to Evelyn Chin to take care of the purchase of our Honda Accord Coupe. Since we knew exactly what car we wanted, Evelyn made it so easy for us to do all of the paperwork without having to drive to Queens until we actually picked up the car. Besides being very efficient and answering all of our questions, she was very professional and personable. She is definitely an asset to your sales staff. When we picked up the car, she showed us everything we needed to know about the car. She also told us we could call her anytime if we had any questions after we purchased the car. This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car and we would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone we know who is interested in purchasing a Honda even if they have to go all the way into Queens from Suffolk County. 1 things that i didn't like at all were. it took 5-6 hr of waiting time to get the credit check and loan approval. That was very very very slow. I expected around 2 hours. Mario was wonderful. We were certain we wanted the Ridgeline till we saw the Pilot. Its unfortunate our credit did not allow for the Touring model we wanted, But we got into the next model down. Due to Sandy and a heart attack just over a year ago, our credit took a beating as the lack of work and then switching to disability took its toll on our bills and expenses. We weren't even certain we could purchase. I want you to understand how we felt. We were deeply saddened by our state of affairs, and my wife, who I recently married, was deeply troubled that her finances were the major draw back in the purchase. We felt very low and were sure of rejection......However, Tony Mejia was both kind and understanding. Not once did he make us feel uncomfortable. For every obstacle he found an open door and he got us the SUV we now have and are happy with. He acted more as a friend than a salesman.....and for that I am very grateful. He was not alone. I am sorry I cannot remember the names of all the others involved, but my relationship with them was equally satisfying. More
