This was my 8th Purchase of a Honda from Hillside Honda and I will NEVER purchase another vehicle there again. They breached the Contract by giving me a Showroom Demo Car that was damaged and dirty and sw and I will NEVER purchase another vehicle there again. They breached the Contract by giving me a Showroom Demo Car that was damaged and dirty and switched VIN#s at the last minute without notifying us that they were not giving us a new car!! NEVER were they honest when I notified them immediately of scratches and chips in the paint/ Sliding doors out of adjustment/ oil stains on the interior lining of car/ Black finger prints on the roof liner/ deep gouge in the Console/ empty coffee cups and creamers in the vehicle/ dirty floor mats under the Weather Tech mats and ?? how much other unseen damage from being a Demo!! They Promised to fix everything and LIED that they would investigate how this could ever happen!! PROMISED a loaner car and left me with NOTHING and lost numerous days from work!! Picked up the car and ONLY the paint was fixed!! Shareef had me sign that the paint was fixed and I asked for a copy/ Shareef Hart, the Manager returned and inserted AFTER I signed that My NEW HONDA ODYSSEY was ACTUALLY a Showroom Demo!! I am demanding that Hillside Honda live up the Original BILL of Sale which stipulates the Purchase of a NEW not a Demo which is Clearly written on the Contract!! Peter, the Owner REFUSED to call us back or make ANY attempt to rectify the LIES and the ILLEGAL Breach of Contract and committing Fraud, etc.!! Will notify American Honda/ Better Business Bureau and File a Law Suit if it is not rectified Post Haste!! We will even contact the Media and give them the well deserved attention by exposing them!! Passed by and stopped at Hillside Honda on a Friday to see a commuter car that my wife had seen on-line. Even though it was a trim line lower than what she wanted, she thought it would fulfill our needs. see a commuter car that my wife had seen on-line. As I walked onto the lot the Salesman, Larry was on a phone call, quickly and respectfully, he terminated the call as he could tell that I had questions. As I proceeded to talk about our needs and inspect the car, Larry was very receptive. He was not at all pushy nor did he try to upsell me into something that would not suit our needs. A complete gentleman. Returning with my wife on Saturday for a test drive, she quickly determined that the car she had seen on-line wasn't going to work for her. We would have probably settled for another vehicle but Larry remembered from our conversation the day earlier that we wanted the higher trim level. Larry informed us that late in the afternoon on Friday the dealership received in the model and trim line that she originally wanted. My wife was in Love with the car and perhaps, Larry as well. We negotiated a price with Larry and Mike; the sales manager, and I knew that we got a great deal from a great team. The car was immaculate and the dealership was first rate. Collectively, they all made our car buying experience a pleasant one. It will not be forgotten. Thanks More

When I enter a store as I did with the dealership the purpose is to experience the "vibration" of the space. I walked around for about 1 minute and noticed that no one had greeted me. His enthusiasium was GREAT! Plus.....he had a GREAT sense of humor! What a TERRIFIC sales person. Had it not been for Mr. Jones, I would have exited without my wonderful 2013 Honda CRV.
