Love my NEW CAR. I couldn't ask for more, from beginning to end Sherette and the full team of Hillside Honda was beside me. I was very confused between the Civic and the Accord and I ended up with the Accor to end Sherette and the full team of Hillside Honda was beside me. I was very confused between the Civic and the Accord and I ended up with the Accord. I was also looking in to Cr-v, yes I was very confused...I'm one of those people who ask many questions and research about everything. Hey thats what internet is for...Sherette answered all my questions and helped me to make a decision. Full staff of Hillside Honda very knowledgeable and understanding and patient. Customer service at this place is excellent. Our sales person was super informative about the different types of Honda cars. She was very helpful in guiding us to choose the car that is appropriate for ou person was super informative about the different types of Honda cars. We bought the Honda Pilot which seats 7 people and perfect for our little family of three and in the event that we have guests over, we're able to accommodate them in our car as well. Ali and Masud were very rude when picking up the car. They acted very unprofessional. They were acting like street hustlers instead of professional business personnels. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone else. Instead of making my first car experience wonderful, they made it a nightmare for the next three years I have my leased car. They were not helpful at all. When I called to speak to someone else, the secretary had me speak to someone else who was as well rude when I was inquiring about prices and hung up the phone before I can finish my sentence. OVERALL, THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST, I'VE EXPERIENCED BETTER ELSE WHERE! More
